Hello, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Adib Souly, born in 1980 in Sanandaj, Kurdistan, Iran. I am currently residing in Tehran, Iran. After earning my degree in software engineering in Aug. 2004. I am working on my Masters in IT and Management at Tehran Polytechnic University of Technology.
My passion is to work as a 3D solution developer and technical directing for animated movies, Television shows, films, web and others.
I have experience with different 3D tools and packages like Autodesk 3D’s max, Softimage XSI, Autodesk Maya, Lightwave 3D, Cinema 4D and Houdini. I especially enjoy working with Softimage/XSI from Avid. I am familiar with Microsoft Visual C++, C#, 3Dpackage related SDK’S (3D’s Max, XSI) and Python for developing and making 3D solutions. I like experimenting with game programming using the XNA and OGRE3D. Mostly I use Softimage/XSI and 3D Max for creating models and animation. For Scripting I like to use Python, JScript, MaxScript and MEL. Digital Fusion, Foundry Nuke and Adobe After Effects used for compositing animations and pictures.
